Always learning and engaging in reflective practices, Cheryl has completed the following programs: basic Greenspan Floortime Approach™, Carol Gray's Social Stories™, Lidcombe program, Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), MultiLit Reading Tutor Program, PROMPT therapy for apraxia and speech sound disorders, Social Thinking, and is certified in the Hanen program It Takes Two To Talk. In 2018 Cheryl also completed a 4 day Orofacial Myology training program with Sandra Coulson and incorporates techniques in her practice.
Cheryl believes in giving back to the community and enjoys volunteer work locally and abroad. She is also mum to three young children and loves immersing them in the world of play, communication, sounds, and literacy.
